I cant say that Ive ever been prescribed HQC or zinc. However I have been prescribed Z-Pack on a couple different occasions for strep throat. The symptoms of strep cleared up within hours and by the next morning I felt almost 100%. Started feeling bad last fall and went to Urgent Care. "Doc" there said "oh we dont prescribe z-pack anymore because its over prescribed and people are developing a tolerance". I thought that was bullshit then and now I think I'm starting to understand why.

Cipro destroys my gut flora- I suffered for months.....

I want to see the Feds cut any and all relief money to Ohio. Additionally, the clinical trial they reference was done WITHOUT ZINC which is a primary component of the therapy and it was only given to LATE STAGE patients with co-morbidities which is also not the target candidate for this therapy. It also ignores the recent Henry Ford study that was heralded even by the whacko networks like CNN and MSDNC as being effective in treating covid-19 patients.

It’s an otc supplement made up from cherries, onions, etc. available on Amazon (Ugh) and other health sites online. I haven’t seen it locally but we don’t have a good health store close.
It’s very common, anywhere that has a decent vitamin/supplement selection. I usually buy supplements at Sprouts. Online, iherb.com is great if you hate Amazon as I do! Quercetin is also supposed to be helpful for allergies.

I haven’t done it, but I’ve used a chinchona tincture and it’s great. Gives a calming effect. I’ve heard it’s great for restless leg.
