Quercetin is also a zinc ionophore, it is known as the poor man’s chloroquine. Take that plus zinc plus if you can get it budesonide nebulizer and all good.

It’s an otc supplement made up from cherries, onions, etc. available on Amazon (Ugh) and other health sites online. I haven’t seen it locally but we don’t have a good health store close.

It’s very common, anywhere that has a decent vitamin/supplement selection. I usually buy supplements at Sprouts. Online, iherb.com is great if you hate Amazon as I do! Quercetin is also supposed to be helpful for allergies.
