Edit: I understand the downvotes, he's the commander in chief... But if nothing happens about voter ID and mail in voting in the next 3 months, the whole world loses. It can't happen. Something has to be done. It's more important than people going to jail, more important than RGB's SC spot, it's literally everything.
This doesn't hold water in my book. My state has allowed me to vote by mail for over 10 years by now. I can log into a state run website and verify my vote was accepted and counted correctly. If other states can't get their act together and allow the same method then they suck. I also believe this isn't the point where the voter fraud is going to happen. There is no reason that even after I verify my vote it can't be counted differently than cast - just like if I go in person and vote. The cast vote can be changed at any time by the officials tabulating the data.
