Need to focus on the National Coalition. States are making an agreement to go with national population vote instead of what their population voted for. So NYC, California, and other densely populated liberal areas decide the president.

Its worse than that. As it is now, they have to cheat in multiple states to win. If they have national popular vote, they only have to find a flaw in one voting system to win.
