so does this immediately stop censorship or is this just some direction to "do something about it" at a later date after endless deliberation and acts of Congress and whatever?

Do the work and read the primary source instead of letting other people interpret/think for you. This is how the enemy media made us their slaves.

Until action is actually taken, it's just a sternly written letter. Hopefully results are forthcoming.

It's a procedural letter, not a "strongly worded letter". The whole point of the letter is action.

There should be a pretty straightforward delineation between those that curate/censor and those that don't.

The big tech has absolutely demonstrated the ability and will to curate/censor content in a nuanced manner well beyond lawful speech. They shape and push manipulated algorhyth.s and so on.

In the case of a site like the Donald it could be liable if we were to censor, delete content such as trolls, libs and such.

However as long as TD or other social sites don't curate in that manner they aren't liable.

I suppose pinned posts could be a problem ish but as long as pinned posts don't violate legal speech we should be fine.
