Who decides what works any more?

Months ago, we were told masks weren't useful. Then they were. Then they weren't. Now they are again.

I don't have a problem, neccessarily - with following an instruction. What I have a problem with is being jerked around by people who can't make up their minds and then still expect to be respected and followed.
