You don't need it. They use us. We give them everything and they use it against us. It's like giving someone the bullets to shoot you with! We had great lives before Facebook and Twitter. They use their sites to brainwash and silence us. I left it two years ago and feel alot better. Definitely get away if it's stressing you out and hurting you, but I feel like we still need to spread our messages because the media is gaslighting the world.
Then again, you don't need social media for that, spread directly to people you know the things that are wrong.

I tried Twitter years ago. Never really got into it. Trump tweets app and this place is about all I need. Would like to delete FB but my family is all over the place and it's the only way I can see them.
