Trump should get his FDA to overrule these state medical/pharmacy boards TOMORROW MORNING!

This is infuriating!

The Ohio Medical Board needs to overrule the Ohio Pharmacy Board.

HillarysStrapOn 9 points ago +9 / -0

Both are as corrupt as the day is long.

3
igolfohio 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes they most certainly are. The Ohio Pharmacy board in particular is made up of Corporate executives for CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, etc. It's all a farce. The board shouldn't even exist.

HillarysStrapOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

The (insert any state here) medical board covers up more sexual assaults than the Democrats and that’s not easy to do. The medical industry has gone off the rails

FDA is in on this too, they will play dumb till after November. The FDA still hasn't reversed its decision on HCQ, although they're being sued by doctors. It appears to be a concerted effort to keep the economy closed and people away from the voting booths(schools and churches).

HCQ would stop the panic before November, the elites don’t want that. I mean, it’s also about money for sure, but don’t underestimate their plans for this virus.

5
Southern_Belle 5 points ago +5 / -0

It is about money, but that's not all.

Regarding money...did you know that in the past couple of years dozens of health practitioners (chiropractors, etc.) have been murdered? I imagine to keep them quiet about inexpensive medicines.

This threatens the entire medical mafia.

It also threatens the globalist push to take over the world. They can't unleash things to make us sick if we have cures.

They also lose power. No one listens to the WHO anymore.

They can't keep us afraid, either.

And they don't get the deaths they planned.

Those 5 governors and the Ohio dept of health should be charged with crimes against humanity.

Ever read or watch Ghost in the Shell S.A.C.?

There's an underlying story line in it, where a cure for the "modern disease of the time" was found accidentally by a cancer researcher. The government, drug approval board, universities, actors, etc all railed against it to block it being used by the public. The kicker is, politicians, doctors, actors, and so-on, end up taking it to keep them alive. And they can all get it for "off-label use" by paying a fee for it. The worst part is that they're selling people a placebo which does nothing to save them, and they know it.

There are similarities to that story line and what's happening now that I find interesting, especially since it was written back in 2001/02.

17

On what evidence did they base this on?

16
alfredbester 16 points ago +17 / -1

It doesn't even matter. This isn't one of the powers the people granted to their state government. It's literally a matter of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

This order cited a specific new study that states the drug is innefective. They even admit that the trial was bullshit in the results itself. And it was funded by the largest pharmaceutical corp. in Brazil. Just a convenient fake study to justify mass banning of the drug which is available OVER THE COUNTER in many developed countries.

https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2019014?query=featured_home "Our trial has several limitations. First, although the point estimate of effect suggests no major difference between the groups with respect to the primary outcome, the trial cannot definitively rule out either a substantial benefit of the trial drugs or a substantial harm. For the comparison between hydroxychloroquine and control, for example, our data are compatible with odds ratios as low as 0.69 and as high as 2.11. Second, the trial was not blinded. Third, despite intense efforts to maintain adherence to the assigned treatments, a lack of medications that were perceived as beneficial by clinicians and patients led to some protocol deviations. Fourth, the use of hydroxychloroquine plus azithromycin was widespread among patients hospitalized with Covid-19 in participating hospitals. The enrollment of patients with no previous use of these medications was challenging, so we decided to enroll patients provided that their previous use since the onset of symptoms was limited to 24 hours. Finally, although the median time from symptom onset to randomization was 7 days, we included patients up to 14 days after the beginning of symptoms; it is conceivable that interventions that may limit viral replication (e.g., hydroxychloroquine) may be more effective earlier in the course of the disease."

Wrexxis780 5 points ago +5 / -0

Of course! There is the two recent studies that have over 80k total patients that show it is effective, but then there is a shiny new flawed study of MUCH LESS patients and the improper use the drug said its bad.

The FDA has removed EUA approvals for it on June 15 . Took it off the emergency list because HCQ causes heart attacks in everyone who takes it apparently. (11 people died; late stage testing with 6x the recommended dosages; no zinc; WHO stories; and so on. Designed to fail testing. Read their PDf details too.)

The EU just bought 30000 doses of Remdesivir for ~2.700$+. Someone is making a lot of money.

Doesn't anyone else remember when Democrats were accusing Republicans of wanting to create "death panels" that would deny you healthcare and interfere with doctors?

Is it actually legal or constitutional for them to do this and essentially cause potential harm or death to Americans?

6

It's not their business what a person's doctor prescribes them when its a long used drug and has literally saved people from dying.

Seems like Trump's "Right to Try" law he signed a while back should override ALL of this shit we're seeing. Why isn't this being brought up and used?

Why.

Why would any of them think they are qualified to make this decision

The left is winning this war.

They call all the shots while we sit back watching in disbelief. This is what the Trojans must have felt like when that wooden horse came in through their gates.
