I seriously can’t put up with these people. They think white people owe something to minorities, and it’s just fine for the government to take away rights of white people because of our history of racism.

You try to tell them that this would affect their children or grandchildren, and they will say stuff like “good” “or that’s fine.” I really think they just don’t understand. I think they think teaching minorities to hate white people wont be a problem at all.

I just can’t put up with these types of people and don’t want anything to do with them in my life until they understand how horrible this is. Why would I want my kids around family who looks at them as 2nd class citizens????

What they are doing is judging on skin color. My sister and her husband are like this. They live in Dallas. Deep down inside I know they are actually racist as hell, quite the opposite of what they say.

I just tell her, go ahead believe what you want but if your driving down the street and a group of BLMs sees you. they will kill you and your beautiful family, so make sure your husband runs them over in his BMW.

I'm lucky that my boomer parents are not of the hippe/yuppie variety that typically buy into this.

If they were, I'd just have to show them that nursing home beating video and wish them luck.

Unfortunately, yes. My father informed me last month that "we brought these people over here hundreds of years ago" and that systemic racism is real, even though he couldn't actually explain why.

The sad thing is that he never used to be like this, but he has a severe case of TDS and just parrots everything he hears on CNN/MSNBC now.

Dealing with anyone who's like this is difficult, but it's more difficult when it's family.

Discriminating against people who had nothing to do with creating historical inequity will only create resentment.
