If you have one handicap you can get help, housing and such but a place for the blind will not take someone that has MS also and is deaf. We needed support to help get some Fed and Local funding for our homes and to pass laws that allow certain kinds of contributions to be tax free and allow use of certain type of government funds. We needed Dems and Reps to vote for it.
