The grocery guy isn't inside of a 400sqft classroom with 30 students. The comparison is weak.

I don’t think it is. People who work at the grocery store are exposed to a multitude of people differing in age groups along with other factors. While as teachers are exposed to the same set of kids each day.

Besides, teachers can just do what the cashiers have at their stations. A clear plastic barrier surrounding their desk.

And I’ve seen some workplaces put up clear plastic dividers on lunch tables to honor the “social distancing” measure. And this is in food processing plants.

Teachers are just lazy. If they really wanted to teach, then they would be participating in discussions for classroom setup, new classroom and recess etiquette, etc. They really don’t care about the kids.
