I know their said fate, but they're still my favorite. I always thought an easy way for Mars to defeat the UN would be to arm the former United States and encourage them to overthrow the UN, with Mars' help. The UN would get whipped I'm that scenario.
I think it would work on Mars because mars is way smaller and was settled by the same people. Earth on the other hand...no. No way. But like I said, a good strategy for MCR in the Expanse would be to play on the old patriotic sense of the old nations. Starting with the United States. I liked the first few seasons, but couldn't get through season 4 it was just a humans vs humans drama with lots of shock violence and unneeded sex.
