A specific arthritis, rheumatoid. The problem with adopting RA or lupus to get HCQ now is that those are permanent diseases and your record for insurance purposes will reflect that and so will your rates. I had a problem once and my doctor was afraid I had MS, so in various screening procedures there was a lot of dancing around to avoid even suggesting such a thing until proven.
