If there are regulations and mechanisms in places to block specific sites, then there should be reports for transparency of sites they apply this to. Regulatory compliance reporting creates accountability. Just be honest what you block so we can see your bias.

This bitch doesn't seem to understand the very basis of machine learning. Yes, the machine creates its own algorithms for the most part. But those algorithms are based on what humans deem is acceptable and not. Machines manipulate input data and provide an output. We tell them whether that output is right or wrong. Then, the process repeats itself.
