I think NM is definitely in play. Trump lost by 8% and the libertarian (Johnson) got 9% as he was once the governor of NM. Those LP votes probably 80/20 leaning towards GEOTUS in this election.

Whatever states are in play? Please include knowledge of local congressional and senatorial races that might have impact and why.

I am making a battleground map and I want to add individual factoids that might influence the election.

A great example of such tidbit is the increased black turnout in Obama's year led to the prop 8 vote in Cali because black Americans are majority against gay marriage. I'd appreciate individual states politics that may have influence on the presidential election.
