Also, a District Attorney should not take an anti-gun stance against their oath of office to defend the Constitution. The state Attorney General needs to investigate the corruption charges against her. Also, a District Attorney should not take an anti-gun stance against their oath of office to defend the Constitution.
That is a separate issue from the McClosky case.
