I do believe the cops should receive some punishment- they never so much as used their baton or punched him once. Unacceptable. They should have kicked the shit out of him and thrown him in that patrol car.
Not lose their jobs or anything, but a mandatory class on how to beat crack heads with a baton would do every cop some good. A mandatory 10 hours a week of eight training should have them prepared to physically force the next 250 drug addict who refuses to get in the car.
