Filibuster is not in the constitution, FFS. It is a Senate Rule enacted in 1806, and not used until 1836. It was hardly ever used until the 1970s, when it became the Ds favorite tool to b lock R legislation.
EDIT: And, until the 1970s, Senators had to do an actual filibuster, holding the Senate Floor by talking nonstop, not just threaten it.

I won't argue the point because we just don't know what's going on internally at the DOJ, but there have been obvious instances where Obama/Clinton hires and appointees have been subverting and screwing with Barr's efforts - Van Grack is a good one to look at - he stomped off when Barr replaced him and the effort to get the case for dismissal going. Van Grack was the one who got the plea deal for Flynn, and then went back on it, and instead changed the Fed stance that they wanted jail time. Van Grack is the one who withheld evidence from the defense - an issue that should be investigated.
The whole things is vastly complicated. I get that people are frustrated. I get that people are losing faith in Barr - or never had any. But this case is insane, and Trump and Barr and the rest of them have been fighting tooth and nail with NeverTrumpers and Clinton/Obama people from day one, at all levels of the government. The DOJ has as much a problem with that as the FBI.
Maybe I'm wrong - and I hope I'm not, but we're just seeing the flashes and explosions of a political war over the horizon. The infighting and dirty politics over this whole pool of shit from the Mueller report will take multiple volumes like the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire to cover all the moving pieces and dirty shit going on. I know people slam on Trump for talking without a teleprompter but when compared to Biden, Trump seems like Shakespeare. Biden has moments DAILY where he can literally barely string basic thoughts -- not just sentences -- together. Trump talks in a very understandable yet informal way and at least connects ideas together logically most of the time. Biden's mental capabilities have rapidly declined. He'd be a total puppet if he were installed.
