"make sure everyone has a safe way to vote - AT THEIR POLLING PLACE"

"make sure everyone has a safe way to vote".
the onus on them is to do whatever they have to , to ensure the polling places are safe and aren't going to get you sick, not send out paper ballots to everyone on the voter rolls and hope it only went to legal, registered ALIVE voters
