I read the retarded article that he's referring to.

It mentioned that New York was still counting ballots from an election weeks ago. And that some of the ballots were not accepted due to not being signed, stamped, etc.

Then, Trump decided to pick one of those and focus on it.

I love this man. He is the only stranger I love with all my heart.
