But it isn't stupid to think Graham might be a kiddie diddler, it just is in NO way corroborated. Any time you seek to prove anything, you start from a place of having no proof, so the mere fact of having no proof doesn't mean someone isn't guilty. It means they can't be proven guilty.
So people here will sometimes shout about things "aaaach, he's just a kiddie diddler", and it can be a way of expressing extreme suspicion about someone.
