If you look at document 135, page 6, you can see a mirror image of the middle of page 5, from where the scanner they used captured it.
Part of page 5 is redacted in the PDF, but the mirror image is not. I don't know if someone with better Photoshop skills than me can work out the redacted bits, but the pages overlay well and it's obviously page 5 that has bled through on the scan.
