I mean probably lol. The issue is that most guys who are in these shops in America are old. There is a HUGE age gap in the welding industry so once all of my coworkers retire, they're going to go from having 20 competent welders to about 3, including myself, within the next 5 or 10 years. The age gap is mid-20 to about 60 years old. Literally no one in-between those age ranges applies, and hardly anyone applies period...
