If everyone were given HCQ, the virus would "disappear," just like Trump said it would. There would be no need to institute mail-in voting all over the country. The democrats wouldn't be able to cheat.
If you really want protection, wear a face shield (the clear ones, like what the "dental hygenicist" wear). Not a perfect solution, but far more real than a cloth mask (what everyone seems to be wearing) or even an N95 mask that you wore too many times (which is more than one), and applied to your face incorrectly (which is most people).
But the other commenter in this subthread has the real solution. Prophylactic use of the Trump Drugs (HCQ + Z Cap + Zinc), perhaps with Selenium and Magnesium added for good measure.
HCQ and Zinc can be used as a prophylaxis. Z-packs shouldn't be though. That's a good way to increase antibiotic resistance.
I agree that face shields can offer some protection, but the evidence shows most transmission is through respiration. I would use both a mask and face shield when in a high risk area, and just a mask when in public. I live in East Asia and I've read the research. I can't agree with you that masks don't work, that's not what the evidence and research shows.

I am extremely parsimonious with antibiotics, even to the point of not taking them in some cases, when prescribed. I want to save the antibiotics for truly life threatening issues, and keep my microbiome otherwise.
