I believe a major factor is that their ideology's main focus is to "dismantle" what they perceive as a racist, bigoted, ireedeemable system. They would call it the white cis hetereo patriarchy. We would call it liberal values from the european enlightenment.
Things like our justice system, nuclear family values, rugged individualism, free markets and meritocracy are all part of this system, and they all have to be attacked, dismantled and destroyed, because they're interwoven into the system.
