No, hes getting his statement out first. He has a lawyer and everything so far jives with the investigation. From what I can tell he's making the right moves.

Obviously the democrat media wants to paint him as a vigilante or some shit.

The problem is this happened in Austin and the DA there were definitely push for charges due to the political nature of this.

Perry is lucky Foster was white, I guess. Unlucky he isn't black himself.

He’s also lucky he’s in the “right” state, otherwise what should be no charges could turn into a long drawn out money pit for somebody who did nothing wrong. Look at MO with the McClaskey’s and the Michael Brown case still isn’t over. Officer isn’t facing any charges but I can’t imagine having to sleep with this weight of potential prosecution for 6 years.

They become long, drawn out issues because far too few of us participate in juries. Not because we get weeded out, but because, generally speaking, we got shit to do and the brains to get out of a jury to do it.

Instead we ought to be using our brains to take back the local judiciary. Imagine a world where every non-violent drug case ended in a hung jury. Every real self defense case ended in a hung jury. And so forth and so on.

The lawyers would quit waiving their clients right to a speedy trial, instead demanding it, so they could get in on some of that sweet, sweet nullification.

Right, but you should know the laws, gun safety and proper etiquette whether dealing with civilians or law enforcement if carrying.

Second place contender did not follow any of these.

I also kinda like how they keep using that the Garrett guy pointed his "ASSAULT rifle" back at the left media.

They changed the definition of "Assault rifle" unfortunately, so using it to describe an AK 47 is now accurate.
