He's in Colorado Super Max prison. I would rather he spend his entire life locked up with the other animals. 60 + years of pure hell, then his soul burns for eternity. Lethal injection would be too easy for him.

23 hours in a cell alone, 1 hour alone outside every day. Let the little cocksucker marinate.

I'll do it. For free.

Nah, I would rather the cameras "malfunctioned" and the guards "fell asleep" and let the situation resolve itself.

Solitary confinement in supermax for the rest of your life is far worse than being killed

Call it a Justice Tax. Okay with a few of my bucks going towards making this guy suffer as much as possible.

Dr.'s are always some of the most smug people thinking they know everything when they sound retarded outside of the hospital. Either math isnt your subject or you know nothing about that prison. They house 365 prisoners on 49 acres of land. They have at least 2 guards per inmate. Then administrative people, cooks (because the prisoners cant be trusted), janitors, maintenance. You know everything else that keeps shit running. We probably spend 100 million a year on each one of those shit bags. And if you're so fond of keeping him alive cover my share of the taxes because I've got ammo I'm willing to use.

They’re not really doctors. Lots of idiots put an MD or PHD after their handles to make people think they’re doctors so people might think they’re smart and believe whatever shit they’re shoveling.

I work with a lot of doctors he almost convinced me because he seems to know everything while knowing nothing at the same time.

Yet these death row fuckers, be they state or fed, nearly always appeal their death sentences. Clearly they prefer life even in those circumstances.

Kill this cockroach. It's the closest we can get to justice.

No. Kill him.

They are. Very slowly.

3
CannonballJunior 3 points ago +3 / -0

No, they're not. Execution would be killing him. There's a reason this shit is fighting against his death sentence.

Drop him off on a corner in South Boston. Call around first.

Ain't that the damned truth...

CLOWN WORLD!

So my understanding is the US Attorney's office in Massachusetts could appeal this ruling.

Even if they don't appeal it, or appeal and lose, this pos cocksucker could still end up getting the death penalty again, after the re-do of the penalty hearing.

How many votes will flip in Bean town over this?

They believe that they only get the virgins if they die a martyr, so thus a life sentence means he won’t be a martyr in their religion anymore.

Although if he stays Muslim he will not be getting the virgins regardless, at least he does not get what he wants!

TSARNAEV DENIED 72 VIRGINS AFTER DEATH SENTENCE IS OVERTURNED!

Could he be converting other inmates to Islam?

According to the National Institute of Corrections, an agency of the United States government, "a supermax is a stand-alone unit or part of another facility and is designated for violent or disruptive inmates. It typically involves up to 23-hour-per-day, single-cell confinement for an indefinite period of time. Inmates in supermax housing have minimal contact with staff and other inmates," a definition confirmed by a majority of prison wardens.[2]

That is good to read.
