Excellent question. It appears to be the state flag of Ohio. (I simply used the cleanest copy of the meme I could find as the basis for my modifications.)
(edit: in retrospect, swapping out the "I'm with Her" logo would have been a nice touch...but I try not to let 'perfect' be the enemy of 'good enough'.)
