Hillary began exhausting her political capital in the run-up to the 2007 election where Obama was picked over her during the bilderberg conference. In order for her to step down they promised her the Secretary of State position along with the expansion of the Clinton foundation in the Clinton global initiative. People say that she was never supposed to lose, in reality it was those who she represented in higher positions of power who lost control of the process.
