This shit has been going on for a long time. Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Juicy SMOLette, Jogger Boy, George Floyd. The events are entirely predictable, but I don't think they're planned (except for Juicy) - there are just well-established opportunists using these events for political gain.
