Yep if a business is predominantly black employed and black owned i will avoid it simply because there is so much resentment and idk if that resentment will lead to shenanigans on my food. I assume this holds true to most cities
Depends. Some of the worst service I've ever gotten is from resentful suburban white "teens" (like the 90210 cast were "teens") who are only there because their mom's husband took away the Xbox and made them go get a job.
I worked as a cook when I was young. I had no idea what I was doing. Pretty much all I knew was chicken couldnt be pink which made me over cook it. My food must have sucked.

I used to watch a black YouTuber who would often rail about how terrible many black businesses are in his area and how he tries and tries to support them but they kept letting him down. I bet he's not on YouTube anymore.
Hispanic owned restaurants are the best - they don't give a fuck who is buying, they're usually just grateful for the business and they make amazing food at low prices. Always have been good service in my experience as well.
