I dont even think they’d vote for that. They always try and install their wife or some other family member. Trust me, when they do step down, they make some kind of deal with the next candidate. I was involved with gop party for a few years. There are no organic candidates.
The problem is, congress would have to vote to approve their own term limits. They'll never vote themselves out of a job.
