Never again let someone tell you teachers are "heroes." Heroes put their personal fears aside and find a way to get important things done. I've been hearing forever that education is the most important thing when it comes to raising successful children, and the teachers unions couldn't care less when there's a tiny but manageable risk to teacher health. Meanwhile nurses, cops, firefighters, and all the other essential workers are getting shit down and not complaining. It's disgusting.
