As for Clark County, that's where Nevada needs reinforcements the most. If pedes like me don't move there, it'll just get bluer and bluer until the whole state is another California where 80+% of the area is red, but the big metro area drags the whole state blue.
That's encouraging, but not going to lie... last time I drove through Reno I stopped for a meal and I had more teeth than the other 5 people in the place combined.
