Obama and Hillary considered it no big deal that a U.S. ambassador died this way. The media kept reminding us that he was treated well at the hospital he was brought to though allegedly alive.

All I can think of is a nation that can't protect its ambassadors, has no business putting an embassy or consulate anywhere.
