I actually called the gym today just to thank them and ask if there was anything I could do to help out in some way. The person I was speaking with said the #1 thing they’d ask people to do would be to support your local small businesses. Think about that for a second. All the shit these guys have been put through and their response to an offer to help isn’t anything that benefits them at all. These guys are just 100% about standing up for small businesses in general, which have been so unfairly treated during these lockdowns (hence killing our communities, something that will become apparent IF things ever reopen), as well as all of our rights, which have been totally ignored or trampled on. Seriously next level, these guys are heroes.
