If these Governors were so convinced of the legality of their actions, they would have convened their state legislatures and passed virus laws. They didn't. Know why? Because they know every single thing they've done is unconstitutional.

All of the police who were involved in the arrest of this gym owner should be fired. I support police and of course what they have had to put up with in regards to the rioting the past few months, but this is one thing I CANNOT support them for. They have the power to stop this nonsense and instead they chose to be cucks.
Class action lawsuits, both civil and criminal. Governors have unlimited liability, and we can sue them for everything they have. 40 + Governors have killed 135,000 +

we know that but the 1941 "emergency powers" law hes drawing power from essentially makes him a dictator as long as he keeps renewing his state of emergency. not even the legislature can seem to overrule him. the state GOP has tried to limit his renewals to 14 days then need to have legislation approval to continue. "tabled immediately" on voice only vote. and of course cops who dont want to lose their jobs will enforce and allow themselves to be mask police. courts are all Murphy-friendly.
And yet they won't, which why I'm fine with all of them getting helicopter rides. So sick of people mindlessly defending the police when approximately 99.5% of them turn a blind eye to our rights when they're told to
Right, the charge is contempt. Judges can charge anyone of anything for contempt. Don't apologize? Contempt. Won't wear a mask? Contempt. Won't covid vaxx your kids? Contempt. Contempt of court can carry up to 2 years.
