Give the death penalty to those who make false rape allegations.
Seriously, I've told my husband for years that the only way to put a stop to the false rape claims is to start punishing those who lie about it... harshly. Give them the same punishment a real rapist would get and that shit will stop.
I like the idea but the main argument against capital punishment is what if we're wrong about who's guilty? That can be avoided and it must be. These situations you're discussing may always be impossible.
Dylan Roof, there's an example of 100% known guilt. It is possible. Our Courts don't recognize any such standard. Using it, there's no need for appeal which is the second biggest objection to capital punishment. The appeals process is more expensive than life in prison. That's the sign of a broken system.
well there's the oathkeepers. I bet they've been on the rise as of late. although i haven't heard the media give them a peep of attention.

I feel like we need a treason law for those who take an oath.
You're a lawmaker interviewing someone in congress and ask a company to silence those you don't like - death penalty.
You're a police officer who intentionally takes away a firearm from a non-threatening / under arrest case - death penalty.
Make them think twice.
I propose that anyone who does grand theft, rape, murder, pedophilia, treason and sedition gets the death penalty.
Many false rape allegations are why we can't have nice things.
Give the death penalty to those who make false rape allegations.

They are oath breakers. Sounds like treason.
Then there are those of us who take our oath seriously. It does not expire and we swore to protect from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
