In was changing channels and landed on an old documentary on PBS, Alone in the Wilderness some guy who gave up his life to go live boy Lake in Alaska alone. During the documentary Dick Proenneke says this river is calm now but can change at any time just like a woman, all smiles one minute and dancing a temper tantrum the next.
