I always thought they seemed really lumpy in stores, but then I saw a comment here about how you're supposed to put them in the dryer for 15 minutes before first use. So I ordered some. Couldn't believe how fluffed up they got from the dryer! Comfy pillow!

And you should refresh it in the dryer every 4-6 weeks - makes a big difference!
