Disturbing but the mark of the beast has to be something where people willingly and knowingly defy God. It must be a statement where people support obvious heresies and mortal sin rather than something like a passport.
For that reason, I believe the Mark is simply a spiritual annointment on the forehead and deeds performed by the hands. Anyone who is a Catholic will be cut off from society and banished from civilization because they do not obey the new world religion. Anyone who supports the new world religion, even if they only support or tolerate one ounce of doctrine from it, will be allowed to live a normal life.
Because Catholicism involves a spiritual mark on the forehead and also deeds done by the hand or mouth, the religion of Anti-Christ John Paul II known as humanism will mirror the true religion by a spiritual mark and deeds by the hands.
Any Covid passport or vaccine inking nonsense will be invalid because people are not required to deny God in order to do either of these things.
That version is popularized by Hollywood for dramatic effect and because its easier for an audience to understand.
God doesn't send people to hell for using an official currency. People go to hell for disobeying God or denying Him. The mandates are a pretty example of how it works. If you disagree with the mandates, atleast in my state, it is illegal for you to enter a public space or for a business to provide service to you.
Thankfully Winn Dixie told the governor to pound sand and I have been able to get food and supplies there. Unfortunately its worse in other parts of the country. States have not only made it illegal for some businesses to provide service to Americans from a certain state but also made traveling into the state illegal. You would have to be placed under house arrest, get jailed if you resist house arrest, or avoid the state altogether.
This is what awaits those who resist. It was never about the masks.

ah i see.. from my understanding i thought the mark is something one will be physically required to have to buy food, engage in commerce, etc.
