I don't agree with the OP with literally suspending it, but why not play the same game and move to delay it? They can't call him a dictator for doing it because then we get to turn right around and point to all the crap that's been done to people's rights and livelihood specifically for public health. If the laws are already on the books that allow the government to suspend your rights for public health, then what better example to show the craziness of it all. He doesn't need to actually go through with it, just go through the motion of it.
My point is you don't actually delay it. You use it as a tool to show the public how dangerous it is when you give the government the ability decide things based on public safety. We already have a law that allows the government to force you to take a vaccine. It's things like that the public needs to be fully aware of so these things can be reversed and stopped for good. Otherwise someone else could get into office and play out another pandemic and actually go through with something crazy like this.
