The second he uses them, the UniParty will resist and escalate, then try to impeach him on it, so while I will support him doing it if he does I can see how it could backfire.

He always defers to SCOTUS rulings also, and we know SCOTUS will not stand with Trump taking voting control away from the states.

The tree is getting more thirsty every day.
