I think many people who work in nursing homes were stressed by the policy, and saw how disastrous it was, they might not be so enthusiastic about ballot fraud for Cuomo.
The nursing home my mom works at in Michigan is refusing anybody unless they test negative twice and have been completely quarantined between testing and test results. Even then they have a section of the building completely isolated from the rest. She told me the local hospital was furious that they wouldn't take untested individuals. Probably saved dozens of lives by doing that.

MI Congress can't repeal it because she'll veto it they sued, but how long will that take? Going state by state and extrapolating the deaths from retirement homes. I am using figures on the high side but even liberals using the lower side are not too far off. Keep in mind many numbers are still in flux and still being argued between politicians and local coroners. So one could argue a range of 50K to 70K, but I still want to see justice either way.

What was the purpose? Is there treatment there? Is there better healthcare than a hospital there? No one has ever stated the purpose of sending sick patients to a nursing home.
