Going state by state and extrapolating the deaths from retirement homes. I am using figures on the high side but even liberals using the lower side are not too far off. Keep in mind many numbers are still in flux and still being argued between politicians and local coroners. So one could argue a range of 50K to 70K, but I still want to see justice either way.
