Today I signed the petition to repeal the 1945 law she is using to extend her powers unilaterally and indefinitely. MI Congress can't repeal it because she'll veto it they sued, but how long will that take? The more recent 1976 law which has a 28 day expiration on emergency powers with an option for the Legislature to extend, would remain on the books. UnlockMichigan.com
