This is what I think their plan is.

They committed widespread fraud in the midterms and the republicans didn't say one word. With mail-in ballots, they can turn it up to 11. Every day they don't win, they "find" more ballots until they have what they need. A bunch of districts have registered voters in excess of 100% of the eligible voting population.

When they pull it off, nobody will believe us because, "Well of course nobody voted republican, look at what a mess the country is!"
