I'm in a permanent mail-in area since it is unincorporated. In recent years, I just took the extra time to drive to the local election office to drop off my ballot in person.
Do not MAIL your ballot. Here in OR we have designated ballot drop boxes, at least that cuts out the USPS. But I will vote in person this year if I can.
