Empty mags are useless mags. Every mag you all own should be loaded. Springs holding tension last a long long time. Springs being loaded and unloaded over and over will fall apart faster.
Load your mags. Keep them loaded until your shoot them. Then load them again

I'm all about killing clutter. However, arranged in a box, they're no big deal. I have much larger things that are considered "clutter."
