Eh, this is a Yogi Bear. It looks like it's well-accustomed to viewing humans as sources of food, rather than predators or prey. It probably cost him a ham sandwich breakfast burrito, and he likely got to give the greedy fuzzball a scratch behind the ears while he was putting the sticker on.
Any bear that just wanders on to somebody's deck isn't that afraid of people.
That's what I was wondering. What law has been broken here? Vandalism maybe? The faggy group offering the reward has nothing to do with the University or State wildlife agency that's tracking the bear (in fact, they seem to be a group dedicated to fighting the work that they're doing). So what are they going to do? Convince that organization (that they hate, and fight against) to press charges for a misdemeanor? I doubt the police would give a shit, and just tell them to take it to small claims court, where they could sue the guy for maybe $10 to recover the cost of removing the sticker.
